Witnessing the top names in the golf event competing head to head in the final rounds adds the thrill. However, since the beginning of the  2025 schedule, it has been a worry to even see the top three in the world ranking competing together. First, Scottie Scheffler had an accident during Christmas, which resulted in surgery and delayed participation. Later, Xander Schauffele, who was part of the first two events, withdrew due to injury concerns in his rib. In more, the world no. 3, Rory McIlroy has already cut down his participation at the event. Well, all this affected the tour largely as the viewership was seen dipping.
