The developers of Apex Legends, Respawn, recently added a new patch to the game, which focused on bringing the new Bloodhound Trials content to the game. However, there were also many other tweaks in the April 7 update. The developers added a permanent map rotation arrangement based on which players could play Duos or Trios on Kings Canyon and Worlds Edge.

Since then, fans have appealed to tweak the rotation system further. For some, having more choices made the game better, as they could choose to ignore features they dislike. However, this led to an impact on queue times and has also slowed down Old Ways Lore event grind for some players.

And now, the developers have listened to their feedback a week later. The existing map rotation system will be implementing several modifications to it.

Respawn Removes Nighttime Kings Canyon, Reduces Kings Canyon Availability.

Apex Legends tweeted out this information about new modifications to map rotation on their official Twitter handle.

The Nighttime Kings Canyon map might be faraway from the rotation entirely. Kings Canyon will be available as a ranked map choice for individuals who want to take part in it. Kings Canyon was solely presumed to be within the rotation for a time frame. However, now the devs might be shortening this time before phasing out the map altogether. As a result, players will launch onto World’s Edge more often.
