This summer has been quite eventful for the esports industry. Organizations have been busy on the lookout for new and young talent. One such talent, Rocky “RockyNoHands” Stoutenburgh, has just made his way to Luminosity Gaming.

Rocky, however, is no ordinary gamer. He is now the first quadriplegic gamer to sign a professional contract with a major organization. He has also been inducted into the Guinness World Records 2020 and Guinness World Records 2020 Gamer’s Edition.

RockyNoHands: A truly inspiring story

Rocky Stoutenburgh met with an accident in 2006 that left him paralyzed from the neck down. However, that tragedy did not stop him from acing as a professional gamer. He started his competitive journey by playing Fortnite and PUBG. These days, he plays a lot of Call of Duty: Warzone and has become pretty great at it.

Rocky uses a mouth-operated joystick to play.?He has achieved countless victories using QuadStick. The QuadStick can be controlled via sipping or blowing and has been specially designed for quadriplegic gamers.

Misfortune Hasn’t Slowed Him Down

RockyNoHands competed in contests like ‘Destructoids’ and ‘So You Think You Can Stream’. And this is where he impressed everyone. This is where Luminosity Gaming noticed Rocky’s unique flair and approached him to be a member of their organization.

“I think I inspire people to do something… When you see me doing something that people don’t think is possible ? people start to think that maybe there is something they could do that they didn’t think is possible,”?said RockyNoHands.

He has worked hard to be where he is today and shows no signs of slowing down. And now, RockyNoHands will feature on the roster of one of the world’s top Esports organizations.

“My biggest achievement from streaming so far is joining Luminosity Gaming and it’s been a dream of mine to join a top gaming organization like them and I couldn’t be prouder to wear the blue.”

With the pace he is moving forward with, he is bound to break more records as his journey shifts into the next gear.
