At a Uniqlo’s event in China, Roger Federer was asked about his major goals for the rest of his career. The Swiss maestro is ambitious about winning more titles and breaking the records of the sport. “Winning some more absolutely. It’s important to me. Winning solves a lot of problems. Winning makes you happy. So, I like that part,” said Roger Federer.
Apart from tennis, the World Number three tennis player wants to expand his foundation as much as possible. “Of course, I would like to grow the foundation. We are 15 years in and still feel like a baby though, and there is still so much to learn. I hope that there is much more to come there,” he said.

The Swiss legend further elucidated upon the changes which would take place in his life when he’d depart from the professional tennis circuit. “I don’t know if I will be playing tennis in five years. Hypothetically speaking, I hope the transition is going to be smooth for me. Not that I worry by any means. I think we were able to keep a great group of friends around us, while we have been traveling around the world,” he added.

“A lot of people now wanted to see me play, especially at the end of my career. So we are really able to stay in touch. I don’t really worry much about the transition.”

His venture with Uniqlo will be intact even after he sets his racquets aside. Federer aspires to serve the society for its well-being. “Then, of course, the journey with Uniqlo continues. I would like to really do some school things, collaborate with many things and make the world a better place to live in. I have high goals there and keep traveling and discovering,” Federer concluded.

At Shanghai Rolex Masters 2019, the second seed, Roger Federer will open against David Goffin, then he might take on Marin Cilic in the next round. In the quarterfinals, Alexander Zverev and then he would play against Dominic Thiem in the semifinals. He can set up a final with Novak Djokovic.
