“We are proud that the best tennis player in the world places his trust in the best network in Switzerland,” Sunrise states. “Many Swiss people identify with or compare themselves with tennis legend Roger Federer. This may be a bit bold, but Federer is so down-to-earth that he really does have a lot in common with completely normal Swiss people.”

Besides his on-court excellence and sponsorship deals, the Roger Federer Foundation which was founded in 2004, is reaching out about one million underprivileged children. “I would never have dared to dream that one day I would influence the lives of one million children; that I could give them better education,” said Federer. “When I started the Roger Federer Foundation at a young age, I just wanted to give back some of my fortune and privileges without a specific plan.”

The Swiss will be skipping the upcoming Masters event in Canada, the Rogers Cup 2019 and he will be participating in the Cincinnati Masters 2019 in Ohio,USA which will get underway from August 10, 2019.

Last year, Federer was runner-up at Cincinnati as he lost his title match to Novak Djokovic. That win aided the Serb to complete his Career Golden Masters (collecting all nine Masters titles) and also the Big Title Sweep (all 14 major titles of tennis under his name).
