Roger Federer Unsure About Playing Rolex Paris Masters 2019

World Number three, Roger Federer is skeptical about his participation at Paris Masters 2019. He was delighted with his stay in Paris during French Open 2019 and but certainly Federer’s team has still not decided his participation in Bercy in the next week. The Swiss is feels it would exhaustive to play in Basel, Paris, and London, so hence his participation in the Bercy tournament is still in hanging.

“Of course Basel and London are more important but nevertheless I would like to play Paris again, last year Bercy and this year Roland-Garros were both fantastic, but as mentioned,  I need to see and manage my physical condition wisely,” Federer said.

Last year in Paris, Roger Federer played a spectacular semi-final match against the Serb, Novak Djokovic. In the entire match Federer was the only player who could get hold of a break and then the Serbian outplayed the Swiss in three rigid sets.

Presently, Roger Federer has sailed into the pre-quarterfinals of Swiss Indoors Basel 2019. The top-seed will take on the Moldovan tennis player, Radu Albot in the round of 16. Earlier this year, Federer and Albot met in the opening round of Miami Open 2019.

The Moldovan pulled off the first set and later made it taxing of the Miami Open champion, Federer to clear the opening round test.

Roger Federer is considering to play the Basel event in the year 2020 and the legend will be donating his appearance to the ‘Roger Federer Foundation’. “Olympics and the four Grand Slam tournaments are fixed in his schedule. That’s why it’s clear to me that I’ll play in Basel, too. The contract is extended and I will donate the money back to my foundation.”

The Swiss reflected upon having his statue (which was inaugurated in Basel) and spoke aboiut the honor of having it. “Very happy with the outcome, I was asked by Tussauds about 15 years ago but I denied, because I was at the beginning of my career, I didn’t feel comfortable, now it‘s fine, and I‘ll probably never look better anyway,” he mentioned.
