Roger Federer Watched ‘Inception’ Three Times

As Roger Federer touched down in the Chinese metropolis, Shanghai, on his way, he interacted with his fans and asked them to suggest movies.

He enjoyed Nolan’s, ‘The Prestige’ and he has seen the thriller ‘Inception’ three times.

Surprisingly, the Swiss Maestro has not seen the famous fantasy series ‘Harry Potter’ and he mentioned that he will watch it sometime this year. 

It seemed Federer enjoyed watching most of the classic movies, which includes ‘The Shawshank Redemption’. He loved watching ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ and Ben Affleck’s ‘Good Will Hunting’ is one of his favorite movies.  

He watched ‘Once Upon a Time In Hollywood’ during Cincinnati Masters this year.

Later, he wanted some Bollywood movie suggestions, “A Bollywood classic maybe?” World Number three, Federer asked and received heart-warming replies from all his fans around the world.

One of his fans suggested him to watch the Laver Cup 2019 between Roger Federer and John Isner and the Swiss replied, “This was scary but a happy end!” Also, Isner tweeted his thoughts on Federer’s response.

Besides movies, Roger Federer will be beginning his quest for the 29th Masters title at Shanghai Rolex Masters 2019. The tournament is set to get underway on October 5, 2019. World Number one, Novak Djokovic will be present at the tournament and World Number two, Rafael Nadal pulled out from the Shanghai event after his US Open 2019 win.

Rafa’s withdrawal makes Federer the second seed of the Shanghai tournament. Federer was the 2017 champion in Shanghai where he defeated Nadal in the finals and he was also the 2014 Shanghai champion.

The four-time Shanghai champion, Djokovic will be playing to defend his Shanghai crown and the two-time Shanghai champion, Andy Murray is expected to be present for the Shanghai Rolex Masters 2019.
