Former World No.1 Garbine Muguruza recently narrowly lost to Sofia Kenin in the Australian Open final. And surely the Spanish player will appreciate her performance after a bad 2018 and 2019. Interestingly before her slump, she was among the best on tour and had a rivalry with Serena Williams brewing up.

Muguruza has had her times in her career. She broke into the scene when she reached the Wimbledon final in 2015 but lost out to Serena Williams. She got her revenge a year later when she defeated Serena in the 2016 French Open final winning her first major. Subsequently, she won Wimbledon in 2017 claiming her second Grand Slam. But 2018 and 2019 were horrendous for the player. She dropped out of the top 10, had a few injury problems and form dipped.
