Shroud Returns to Apex Legends in Season 6

When Apex Legends released back in 2019, Shroud spent a lot of time streaming the game regularly while dominating the lobbies without breaking a sweat. Although the Twitch star eventually moved onto other titles, he still revisits Respawn’s battle royale from time to time.

Since returning to Twitch after the Mixer shutdown, Shroud has tried his hands at a wide variety of games like DayZ, Squad, Fall Guys, Among Us, Fallout 76, Escape from Tarkov, etc. We also know about the ex CS: GO pro’s love affair with Valorant, even though he has largely focused on DayZ and Squad lately.

During a recent Twitch stream, Shroud returned to Apex Legends to experience the momentum of Season 6. The introduction of a new crafting system had already impressed him earlier, and this time he brought back his domination and high-octane gameplay to the battlefields of Respawn’s BR.

Shroud comes back to Apex Legends in Season 6

A recent highlight video on Shroud’s YouTube channel takes fans back to 2019 when he would stream Apex regularly. The Twitch star has revisited the game with each new season and had done so in Season 5 too.

For starters, the Skullpiercer Hop Up being available for Wingman and the R-99 dropping in a Care Package, surprised Shroud. It’s been a while since has played the game. However, boasting an excellent gaming skill set, it didn’t take him long to begin destroying opponents and making smooth plays.

The ex CS: GO pro teamed up with fellow Twitch streamers Bnans and iiTzTimmy, showcasing team synergy en route to multiple wins. The majority of his gameplay centered on Mirage, but he also picked Bloodhound.

Although the trio prevailed in most gunfights, there were a few bumps along the ride. Sometimes Shroud ended up getting knocked; other times, it would be Bnans or iiTzTimmy. However, when a team consists of highly skilled players, getting knocked a few times isn’t a worry. The third is capable of conveniently clutching it out, even when both teammates are downed.

Those minor bumps aside, the trio secured multiple victories, racking up high kills every time. Shroud might not prefer Apex Legends anymore, as he once used to.
