He is one of the best players to be part of the pro circuit and has won countless tournaments. But for the past few seasons, he has had a downward spiral with his performance. He almost hit rock bottom recently after failing to qualify for the Grand Final of FNCS Chapter 2 Season 6.

Fortnite pro Faze Mongraal frustrated with his performances
Following his poor showing in his most recent tournament, Faze Mongraal tweeted about his frustration. He was unhappy about his performance, which destroyed his chances of qualification to the Grand Final of FNCS Chapter 2 Season 6.
Other than that, he was also dejected because this was the second FNCS in a row where he didn’t reach the Grand Finals stage, something he labeled as another wasted opportunity to gain glory.
I have now learnt the role of an igl after playing without one for so long and understand things I didnt before because I was ignorant, this experience will be beneficial in future gamemodes and its made me a much better overall player, grinding even more than before.

Faze Mongraal working on becoming a better leader
Mongraal also mentioned that he was hurt more about missing the Grand Finals this time because he was trying much harder than last time. But he believes he will cross this hurdle in his career, and learn from this experience while playing with Liquid mitr0 and GXR Milan.
He then said that he was also taking up the role of an in-game leader after playing without one for a long time. Mongraal said that he was trying to understand things that he didn’t pay attention to before so that he could be a better player.
He further noted that his performance in the qualifiers will help him in becoming a better overall player. Finally, he vowed to grind even harder to make sure that he could perform better in future tournaments.
Everyone knows how good Faze Mongraal can be in Fortnite. He has competed in countless FNCS matches and even played in the World Cup. He’s currently might be having a bad run of form, but fans know that it would eventually end, and he will be back to his former glory.
