After Hitting NBA Legend’s Controversial Celebration, $200 Million Neymar Jr. Slapped With $3.3 Million Penalty for Contentious Miscreancy

The sensational Neymar is one of the most charismatic soccer players on Earth. Despite being successful on the field for many years, his stunning lifestyle is amusing to the fans. He loves to spend his massive source of wealth and purchases cars and houses aplenty. But, he has caught himself in a muddle after the latest contentious decision to build an enormous mansion. Although building a home is not an offense, he received a hefty fine for the illegal construction of the property.

It comes days after he hit a controversial three-point celebration he shot during a friendly basketball match. Hence, this is the latest offense by the PSG soccer player who cannot catch a break!

Brazilian authorities fined a $3.33 million fine penalty towards Neymar after he breached local environmental regulations. He had work done in his coastal mansion in Mangaratiba city outside Rio de Janeiro. They slapped Neymar with four fines for illegally constructing an artificial lake at his estate. They gave the possibility of an appeal to Neymar to challenge the fine. The environmental authorities conducted inspections on June 22nd and found no required legal authorization. 

River water diversion, vegetation movement, and other issues caused the authorities to slap a fine. Genesis Ecossistemas completed the job in ten days. The lake is 1000 square meters and is a gigantic artificial lake. Therefore, the Brazilian authorities have taken the matter seriously, with no public comments from Neymar yet.

The company that constructed the lake would help the soccer star to reconstruct the lake by getting the correct regulations. Thus, things are not going well for Neymar in recent times. He had issues with his pregnant girlfriend, Bruna Biancardi. The player issued an apology after infidelity reports surfaced. And then, the three-point celebration became another issue for the soccer player.

Out of all the wacky celebrations in the NBA, retired star Carmelo Anthony hit the three-finger celebration. Whenever basketball players score a three-pointer, they make a ring with their thumb and index finger and raise the other three fingers. However, this celebration is offensive in Brazil and some Latin American countries.
