The USWNT veteran is among the best midfielders of the game with a 16-year-long career in which she won two Olympic gold medals and won two FIFA World Cups. In March 2021, before she announced her retirement from the game, she was the highest-paid soccer player in the world.

The accomplishments of Carli Lloyd would be hard to sum up in an article. She was the backbone of the team which dominated and terrorized almost every team they played against. The younger team will have to do an amazing job to carry the torch forward.

USWNT legend in a reality show

Carli Lloyd in a tweet back in Sep 2022 announced a show she was going to be a part of. The show ‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test’ will air on Fox. Winning in almost every tournament she had played in must help the legend to have an edge over other stars appearing in the show.

While talking about the show Carli Lloyd said, “It was an incredible 17-year journey I had playing professional soccer and getting to represent my country. I have great memories, but I’m enjoying retired life… I didn’t think retired life would be like this with this opportunity to participate in a 10-day course, a Special Operations course.“
