Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney fell in love with the soccer club from Day 1.

What Wrexham reference did Ryan Reynolds surprisingly make?

On August 25, 2022, Blake Lively shook the internet with one of her pictures. The Hollywood actress decided to flaunt her summer look to the fanbase. She posted a stunning picture of herself in a white bikini by the poolside. In the caption, she wrote, “summer lovin’ …had me a blast”. That picture went quite viral on social media. It ended up garnering over 2.5 million likes.

While everyone was going crazy in the comments section including her celebrity friends, her husband couldn’t stop himself from commenting. The Wrexham reference simply raised the standard of that comment by a mile. The comedic actor wrote, “Wrexham is the Ibiza of Wales”. Wrexham fans then flooded the comments section. Reynolds’ comment alone garnered over 10,500 likes.

Reynolds and Lively welcome their ‘Super Bowl’ baby!

While the entire sports universe was watching Rihanna perform at the Super Bowl Halftime show, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively were in the hospital giving birth to the sixth member of their family. The news about Reynolds’ newborn child instantly went viral on social media. Surprisingly, the sports fans were calling the child extremely ‘lucky’ and the ‘super bowl baby’.

A few months before that, the Hollywood actor revealed his excitement for the newest addition to the family. While in conversation with Entertainment Tonight, he said, “I’m very excited. We’d have to be. You know, you’d have to be a moron to do this four times if you didn’t like it. It’s gonna be nuts, but we’re very excited”. It is safe to say that the Hollywood actor has created surpassed greatness in two of the biggest industries on this planet, i.e. movies and soccer.
