The Portuguese captain is seeking a sum of $21.2 million in unpaid wages from the Old Lady. In light of these developments, CR7 has received a court date that is just hours before his Al Nassr game.

Ronaldo made a significant move to Juventus in 2018, and despite playing for over three seasons, the club has not paid his salary for a considerable period.

Earlier, Juventus had brought evidence to light which, in short, stated that Ronaldo can’t claim his money. The Italian club insisted that the Portuguese superstar did not sign a personal agreement that other players had signed to claim their wages. Juventus also claimed that Ronaldo had signed a document confirming that he had no outstanding issues with the club.

While this served as a major $21.2 million setback, the CR7 has now been given the opportunity to present his case in court. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the proceedings are set to commence next Wednesday. Hence, Ronaldo will be facing Juventus on October 4. This means he will need to return to Europe just hours before his game against Abha on October 6th.
