In a brief period, Wrexham AFC has undergone drastic changes, and it mostly has been positive. Ever since the Hollywood takeover, the Welsh side has been constantly garnering major sponsorship deals from the likes of TikTok, Expedia, and many more. Now, following a major sponsorship, Wrexham is set to rename a part of its Racecourse Ground stadium.

In May of this year, following a successful National League run, Wrexham AFC made headlines when it announced a groundbreaking partnership with American coffee brand STōK Cold Brew. The partnership saw the coffee brand become their official stadium sponsor and change the 158-year-old stadium’s name to STōK Racecourse. The stadium is preparing to rename one of its iconic stands.

The sponsorship deal with STōK injected much-needed financial support into the club. It also marked the first time in its extensive history that the Racecourse Ground had an official sponsor. The announcement was met with excitement and anticipation from fans.
