After breaking Andy Cole’s goal-scoring milestone, expert Gary Neville hailed him for making even a team like City look less perfect.

Neville said, “I enjoy watching him; he makes City less perfect. If you know what I mean, In a sense, the sort of intricacy doesn’t happen in and around him; he doesn’t get involved in the game that much, but he’s a powerhouse.”

Haaland breaks Andy Cole’s record with ease

Erling Haaland already had many records broken last season. In addition to having the most goals in a single Premier League season, Haaland now holds the record for the fastest 50 goals in the Premier League. Scoring in just 48 games, he did it 17 games quicker than the former Manchester United.

Neville also remembered his teammate’s record but mentioned Haaland’s as smashing. Neville also stated, “Andy Cole’s record is fantastic, but he smashed it out of sight.” The Norwegian played a crucial role, along with Kevin De Bruyne, in helping Manchester City win the treble last season. He is even considered one of the best strikers in the league by a few pundits.
