It would be a routine affair for Crystal Dunn‘s parents, Vincent Dunn and Rhonda Dunn, to travel to France and watch the USWNT’s games. They were in France when Dunn and her teammates peaked for the USWNT and helped the team win a record-fourth World Cup in 2019. Hence a trip to Paris will give a chance for the Dunns to relive their 2019 trip. Well, the splendid recollection will only be complete if the USWNT wins the gold medal in Paris, just like they won the World Cup silverware, five years back.
Now, as the Olympic games loom over, let’s dive a bit deeper into Crystal Dunn’s parents’ profession and the family they raised in New York.

Meet Crystal Dunn’s parents Vincent and Rhonda Dunn
Crystal Dunn’s father Vincent Dunn currently works as the co-partner-in-charge of Norton Rose Fulbright’s New York office. He has played a pivotal role in shaping his daughter’s career as a sensational defender in the USWNT. “I did spend time thinking of some of the many days traveling to soccer games when she was young, when her jersey was too big for her and when I had to help her tie her cleats,” Vincent Dunn said during USWNT’s 2019 WC win, recalling how he took part in Crystal’s journey to success.
Dunn’s father thinks that his decision to shift the family from Queens to Rockville Centre, a Long Island suburb, was crucial in shaping her soccer career. “We had no idea that Rockville Centre was a women’s soccer powerhouse. If we’d stayed in Queens, there’s a very good chance she never would have touched a soccer ball,” said Vincent Dunn.

Not much is known about Crystal’s mother Rhonda Dunn’s professional background. She helped Vincent find a balance between raising athletically gifted children and building a career in corporate practice. Rhonda traveled to France during the 2019 World Cup for 22 days to cheer on Crystal in all USWNT games. “I’m so happy to have my support system here with me throughout my journey,” Crystal Donn wrote in a 2019 tweet featuring her parents when the World Cup was still going on.
Now, let’s talk about Crystal’s brother Henry, who also ventured into sport.
