Kylian Mbappe remains at Paris Saint-Germain, but not for long. The upcoming season may potentially see him join Real Madrid. Even though no deal in principle has been agreed, the Frenchman is already laying the groundwork for his anticipated transfer. It looks like Mbappe’s living situation is sorted in the Spanish capital as reports suggest that he is in negotiations to purchase Sergio Ramos’ luxurious $6.5 million mansion in Madrid.

The house is based in the La Moraleja area, which the Spanish defender had bought during his time at Los Blancos. As per Vozpópuli, Mbappe can get the keys to Ramos’ house for €18 million, close to $20 million. Interestingly, this value is more than the top of La Moraleja homes that are now offered for sale via real estate websites. Notably, the deal is taking place directly between the former PSG colleagues. Ramos’s brother De el René and the Senn Ferrero office are negotiating with Mbappé’s mother and his agent Fayza Lamari.

Initially, the plan for the center back was to sell his other property in La Moraleja for approximately €6 million. However, due to Mbappé’s interest and offer, he reconsidered and decided to entertain the possibility of selling his primary real estate asset. Additionally, given that Ramos resides in Seville, the decision came quite easily for the World Cup winner. But will Mbappe have the best of comforts at his new house?

Speaking of the PSG superstar’s potential new house, the property spans around 1,000 square meters on a plot of over 15,000 square meters. Filled with state-of-the-art facilities like a gym, pool, and a huge lawn, the house also meets all kinds of security standards valued by Mbappé’s family. However, this isn’t the only property that the 25-year-old is purchasing.

A similar source has reported that Kylian Mbappé’s family is in advanced talks to get their hands on yet another property in the same area of La Moraleja. Even though the details of the second house remain undisclosed for now, the real estate agent and Mbappe’s entourage have reached an agreement to buy the house.

Furthermore, all of the player’s real estate deals are contingent upon his signing for the club, which has not yet been officially confirmed. Notably, La Moraleja is known to be a wealthy residential area located within the Alcobendas municipality in the northern region of the community of Madrid.
