Manchester United has tough months ahead of them with the team set to play through some big fixtures. The Red Devils have been one of the most inconsistent sides in Europe this season, with Erik Ten Hag and his men yet to find any form of momentum. The veteran defensive midfielder will be back in action later this month against Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham. While the Brazilian star hasn’t been at the top of his game this season, his presence in United’s midfield is a crucial plus point for the team. While Erik ten Hag has resorted to using some young names in Casemiro’s absence, it does not like anyone is a threat to the veteran’s place in the first team.

Lisandro Martinez (Center Back) – 14th January vs Tottenham

Manchester United fans will take a tremendous sigh of relief as the Argentine defender will make his return later this month before the game against Tottenham. The player has been out for a while after suffering a rough ankle injury. Martinez’s return will be an enormous boost for United, with the Albiceleste star emerging as their standout defender from last season.
