Back in 2018, when Bukayo Saka made his Arsenal debut, no one expected him to be a world-beater. Currently, only some can argue that he is one of the best wingers in the soccer world. Arsenal is on the way to the Premier League title after stunning performances showcased this season. Therefore, many believe Saka to be the driving force behind the sensational run.

And to make matters interesting, he FaceTimed American social media influencer Kim Kardashian in an epic moment in just a season filled with high moments.

Moreover, Kim Kardashian also discussed how she would return to the Emirates Stadium if Arsenal won the Premier League. On top of the world, he received more praise from former Arsenal defender Tony Adams.

Bukayo Saka compared with Lionel Messi

In a recent with the Sun, Adams revealed“If there’s a better player in world football at the moment, someone who both scores and makes goals, the only one I can think of is Lionel Messi.” In a day and age where Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland dominate the headlines, Bukayo Saka would probably be happy to be considered in the same bracket. It proves the glorious season the Starboy is having.

He has scored 12 goals and created ten assists this season from the right-wing position. Thus, comparing with Lionel Messi is an extraordinary feat as he remains consistent in almost all games. Adams continued to talk about his humble nature. He commented, “He’s such a lovely boy, so respectful and polite. The kid has talent but he also has brains. And he still calls me ‘Mr Adams.'”

Comparing their playing styles, Saka and Messi have similar playing styles. He plays in the right-wing position like Messi in his early years. Cutting inside is a weapon Saka unleashes in every match, and his decision-making has shades of a young Messi. Always making the right decision to shoot or pass, he shrugs off defenders by using his body. In addition, he uses his stunning short frame to the fullest and is deceptively strong.

The season is not over yet, but with ten games to go, Arsenal is in the driver’s seat to win their first English Premier League title since the 2003/04 season.
