Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney‘s ownership of Wrexham AFC has certainly made waves in the soccer world. The Hollywood stars acquired the Welsh club in February 2021, and since then, their investment in the club has already brought significant success. The Red Dragons recently clinched promotion to the Football League after a 15-year exile.

Their ownership is making strides in the soccer world, with other proprietors also following in the footsteps of Hollywood stars. Just like it tempted the actors to reward their players with a trip to Las Vegas, Bournemouth owner Bill Foley also imitated the gesture. The American owner was inspired by the actors and also decided to fly his side for a trip. However, it seems his efforts may have gone in vain, as he is set to receive a huge blow.

Just like Wrexham, Bournemouth owner Bill Foley also tipped his player on a Las Vegas trip. The reward was presented in order to hail their efforts to finish in the Premier League. This enticed Foley to reward his team with the offer of an all-expenses-paid excursion.

The Mail Online reported that Eddie Howe’s side was rewarded with the trip after their 4-1 victory against Leeds United. Foley entered the dressing room at Vitality Stadium to make the offer. However, it is being said, the entire squad might pass on the generous offer. This is because the players have already made plans with their families after the season ends.

It’s unlikely that the trip will take place, with many of the players already making plans for the off-season. Yet both players and fans alike have warmly received the offer. Michael B. Jordan’s part-owned club will be looking to end their Premier League campaign on a wonderful note. They are currently nine points clear of the relegation zone and will be looking to avoid going near it.

The question still remains whether Bournemouth’s trip to Las Vegas will take place. Either way, it seems Reynolds’ side had quite a trip to Sin City, but now they’ll be looking to get ready for the new season in League Two.

It might take Wrexham players a lot of time to get over their celebrations. However, after that, they would need to start preparing for their EFL league campaign. Phil Parkinson’s side has now set its sights on the EFL and is eyeing yet another promotion. Both the manager and the owners are desperate to lead the Welsh side to major success, as they aim for the possibility of back-to-back promotions.

While their journey to the Premier League has just begun, the Red Dragons must be looking to begin their new campaign on a high note. They are looking to make a few additions to their squad in order to bolster their ranks. Indeed, it’s going to be a busy summer for Reynolds and his side.
