And the nastiness becomes immense when you’re a successful model and the girlfriend of a superstar like Cristiano Ronaldo. Georgina Rodriguez is used to the plethora of abuse and trolls she gets online and in her life. But sometimes it makes her wonder if people remain jobless other than badmouthing her.

In 2016, Cristiano Ronaldo caused a stir by disguising for secrecy while he and Georgina Rodriguez visited Disneyland. However, all secrecy was lost when photographs surfaced of Ronaldo and Georgina sharing a kiss, and, hence, their relationship was confirmed. At that time, Georgina had run into people who perhaps were jealous of her.

“When I started seeing Cris and the Disneyland pictures came out, I had Gucci on and my sister had Balenciaga. There were these girls who were really trashing me, saying, ‘Don’t you just love those sneakers that Georgina was wearing,” said Georgina in the second episode of the Netflix documentary I am Georgina season 3. Thereafter, Ronaldo’s WAG recalled that her sister Ivana had hit back at those girls who teased her. “It’s shocking how many people out there want to criticize me. I just want to ask them, ‘What’s wrong with you’,” Gio added.

Meanwhile, continuing on the docuseries, Georgina revealed she has started to turn a deaf ear to insults. But that doesn’t mean her family has stopped giving fitting replies to these naysayers. Here’s how Gio’s sister and fellow model Ivana fires back at online trolls.

When Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister-in-law rushed to Georgina’s support

Be it the time that they started dating or now, Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina have been getting trolled for sharing their snaps on social media. The duo has been going on splendid beach vacations in Saudi Arabia and they often document them on Instagram. During one such outing, Georgina received trolls for gaining weight, as she shared bikini-clad pictures on her social handle. Certain users said she photoshopped her previous images. Gio’s sister Ivana was shocked and hurt to see such comments.

She hit back at these users and gave them a reality check. Those pictures were taken when Gio was in her post-pregnancy stage. Ivana also empathized with her sister for having to put up with such abuse while going through a key change in her life. Thanks to this support, Georgina stated that she could never bear to see her sister Ivana or her family get mocked.
