His fellow countryman Neymar Jr. and PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe showed their support for the Real Madrid starlet in tough times. Neymar Jr. wrote “To contigo,” on his Instagram story, which translates to, With You.

French World Cup winner Kylian Mbappe captioned his Instagram story, “You’re not alone. We are with you, and we support you.” It is a good gesture from PSG superstars. AC Milan star Rafael Leao and Brazilian Lucas Paqueta also showed their support for Vinicius Jr. It wasn’t the first time the 22-year-old had to face despicable racial abuses. The heartbreaking incidents occurred during the whole season. Now, with more soccer stars coming out to support the players, it’s time that there are strict actions against the fans involved.
Soccer legends also join Mbappe and Neymar Jr.
Real Madrid and Brazilian legend Ronaldo Nazario, who also owns a club in La Liga, had some stern words. He took to Twitter to share his feelings and urged the referees, federation, and authorities to act fast. He wrote, “Vini, count on me in your fight. In our fight.”

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand took to Instagram to share a lengthy post and called for the superstars like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo to take up the issue. Ferdinand wasn’t impressed with the way the referee sent off Vinicius Jr. for the brawl. He feels it’s time for authorities to take stringent actions. Certainly, this issue requires major actions from authorities to ensure the safety and well-being of soccer stars.
