Since the acting duo of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took over Wrexham AFC, the soccer club has been on a roll. They have not only helped the club gain popularity and attention, but with their involvement and investment, they have done wonders for a struggling club in the fifth division of the English soccer league.

Wrexham AFC is in the first position of the Nations League and is eyeing promotion to the fourth division, which would be the team’s first promotion in almost 15 years. The success story of this club has been like a fairy tale since the takeover, and fans are loving it.

Fans can’t get enough of what the Deadpool star has done to help this third-oldest soccer club reach glory. After seeing his success with Wrexham, many fans want Ryan Reynolds also to make an investment in their team.

Amidst the rumors of Ryan Reynolds being the possible next owner of the Ottawa Senators, some fans are also excited about that possibility.

“Ottawa Senators next!”- one fan said. Another fan is excited about the possibility after seeing his success with Wrexham. “This might be a good measurement of what Reynolds could do with the Ottawa Senators if he becomes a partial owner”, he said.

Some fans even went on to compare him to the drama series ‘Ted lasso’. “Irl Ted Lasso” and “So this is Ted Lasso but real life ??”, were the comments from fans.

Reynolds can be the possible next owner of The Senators

Ten months ago, the Ottawa Senators owner Eugene Melnyk passed away at the age of 62. Since then, the team has been looking for a new owner, and the person leading the talks is none other than Wrexham owner Ryan Reynolds.
