Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the richest athletes on this planet and the Portuguese superstar has made sure that he won’t have to worry about the money, even after his retirement. His brand deals and personal business ventures are doing amazingly well and the forward is showing his worth as a business-savvy individual.

This takes nothing away from his quality as a player, as he even at 36 is still playing some top-level football in the Premier League. He plays for Manchester United and is the club’s top scorer this season, both in the UEFA Champions League and the Premier League.

Cristiano Ronaldo and his latest investment in Portugal

According to a report by Daily Mail, Ronaldo has purchased a £7 Million plot in the Portuguese Riviera, Quinta da Marinha to be exact. The report also states that Ronaldo plans to build a mansion on the plot and keep it as a home for his family after he draws the curtain on his career.

The Portuguese superstar has always shown a lot of love for his country and has expressed his wishes to live there after retirement. A mansion on the Portuguese Riviera will be perfect for his family and his four children. Moreover, Ronaldo’s partner, Georgina Rodriguez, is pregnant again and will be giving birth to twins sometime next year.

This is the perfect time for Ronaldo to buy a new house.

It’s not the only house that Ronaldo will have as he already owns a flat in Lisbon, and it’s no ordinary apartment. In fact, it is the most expensive flat ever sold in the city, which comes with a gym and an indoor pool.

The Manchester United star recently also announced the opening of his new gym in Porto, CR7 Fitness by Crunch. In addition to his gyms, Ronaldo owns a few hotels around the world and also has his own apparel line.
