Just like Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce expressed her love for the English soccer club Arsenal. Another Jamaican legend, Usain Bolt, showed his love and support for Manchester United. The eight-time Olympic gold medalist loves to watch United’s games and has followed the club for a long time.

Moreover, the former sprinter had expressed his desire to play for the club, although that could not happen. Recently, Bolt made an epic Twitter reaction after Everton’s Yerry Mina had a goal adjudged offside after they held United to a draw at Old Trafford.

Bolt’s comic timing is brilliant, and this was evident by his latest Tweet.

Usain Bolt trolls Everton

This became the game of trolls and memes with the events that happened on the pitch. As the game was heading to a 1-1 draw, Everton’s Ben Godfrey intercepted the ball and passed to an unmarked Tom Davies. On the other hand, he didn’t take the shot when the goal was wide open; instead, passed it to Doucoure towards the far post. He didn’t miss the chance as he put the ball into the net.

Nowadays, VAR is an important factor for most decisions as players check before they celebrate the goal. But Mina couldn’t contain his excitement, and celebrated the goal, only to be revealed he was offside. The moment didn’t go unnoticed by Usain Bolt, who took a cheeky little shot at the Everton fans.

The legendary sprinter was seen during United’s Champions League match against Villareal which saw them scoring a late goal via Cristiano Ronaldo to claim a sensational victory. However, the performance displayed by the team was lackluster and questions were raised about the same. The tactical nous of Solskjaer seems to be doubted with United failing on different occasions now.

The match against Villareal was a rematch of last year’s Europa League final. Although Villareal won that final, the United team looked determined to take home the victory. While this match was quite opposite, as although United did not perform incredibly in this match, they still won the game.

Even though they notch up wins, United’s performances have not been satisfactory. Hence, improvement in future matches is a necessity for the Red Devils to have any chance of winning any silverware this season.
