Harry Kane has been on fire for club and country for several years now. He is England’s main man and has captained his side to two deep runs in the World Cup in 2018 and the Euros last year. However, in both competitions, England failed to win the trophy.

This time around, Kane and his teammates will have the opportunity to redeem themselves at the World Cup in Qatar. England have a fairly good squad that has only improved in the last four years. They have several great young stars who’ll grow some more in the next six months.

It’ll be interesting to see what Gareth Southgate’s men bring to the table at the World Cup. However, Kane is still the main man for the national team. He has scored 49 goals for his country in just 69 matches, an exceptional scoring return.

I’m excited. The last World Cup was really special, we got to the semi-final, which was the first semi-final we got to in like 30 years. I’m really looking forward to this one, we have a great team. Really good players, a really good coach. We’re building nicely to this World Cup, and hopefully, try and break that goal record,” Kane said.
