Ronaldo has only a 7% body fat percentage. Ronaldo has been reported to be under 85 kg in weight, on a strict diet to keep his muscle mass up, and to have 50% of his body weight in muscle. Body fat levels in men typically range from 20% to 25%.

When hearing “more muscle,” it’s natural to think “less agility.” Ronaldo is an outlier to this as the Portuguese is incredibly athletic and agile. He set a new world record during the 2018 World Cup, where he recorded a top speed of 33.6 km/hr in the tournament.
