Jose Mourinho is one of the best managers in world football. He is not only popular and praised for his coaching skills and tactics, but also for his entertaining interviews.
And after AS Roma advanced to the quarterfinals of the UEFA Europa Conference League, Jose Mourinho delivered a post-match interview in classic Jose Mourinho style.
During the interview, he trolled his opponents (Lazio) ahead of Roma’s clash against Lazio in Serie A on Sunday. Jose Mourinho and Maurizio Sarri (current Lazio manager) will lock horns this Sunday in the race to secure European football next season.

Maurizio Sarri’s side did not have to play European football this week as they were already out of the UEFA Europa League. On the other hand, AS Roma pulled off a hard-fought win over Vitesse in their Round of 16 tie of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Lazio are currently one point ahead of AS Roma having played the same number of games. But if Jose Mourinho’s side can beat Lazio, they will leapfrog Maurizio Sarri’s men in the Serie A points table.
Mourinho and Sarri both signed for AS Roma and Lazio, respectively, in 2021. But both the managers are no strangers to the Serie A competition.
It is definitely going to be a great contest this weekend with two good managers on the touchline trying to secure European football for their respective clubs.
Jose Mourinho and Maurizio Sarri both managed Chelsea Football Club previously
Both Mourinho and Sarri had experienced glory during their time in Chelsea. But the current AS Roma manager had more success as compared to Maurizio Sarri.
First, speaking of Sarri, the Italian had been the Chelsea boss from 14th July 2018 to 16th June 2019. During this time, he won the UEFA Europa League in the 2018/19 campaign and took Chelsea to the finals of the EFL Cup.
