Jurgen Klopp talks about Salah’s contract renewal problems

However, he is earning a measly 240000 euros a week, which isn’t on par with the best players in the league. As a result, he is demanding a new contract and deservedly so. Jurgen Klopp was asked about Salah’s wage demands and he said that talks are ongoing and that there are no problems.
“Signing a big contract, it is not like buying a smartphone where you just sign one thing and it is done. I wouldn’t say there is a problem, to be honest – these are conversations. There are a lot of things to consider,” Klopp said.
