Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the most well-known stars in the world of football. He has played for several big clubs around the world, like Manchester United, FC Barcelona, and Inter Milan. Currently, even at 40, the self-proclaimed lion is playing in the Italian top-flight again for AC Milan.
Ibrahimovic has been playing at the top level in Serie-A for the last two seasons and has scored several important goals for the club. He is still in incredible shape and has been incredibly active in the gym. Recently, SPORTBible posted a video of him working out and the internet can’t seem to get over it.
In an Instagram post, the video showed Ibra hanging on to a punching bag with his legs, doing vertical crunches; one of the hardest exercises that anyone could do out there. His form was incredibly fluid, and it just showed how this man is unstoppable, even at 40.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and his return to the Serie A
The Swedish international joined AC Milan in 2019 from the MLS club, LA Galaxy. In his first season with Milan, he scored a mind-blowing 10 goals, adding five assists to his name too in just 18 games. No one expected him to increase his output in the subsequent season, but that’s what he did.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored 15 goals and added 2 assists in 19 games to help Milan’s cause in the Serie A last season. This season too, he is off to a great start, having scored 8 goals in 15 games, adding two assists too.

AC Milan and their prospects in the Serie A
Milan are having an outstanding season in the Serie A as the club is in third place, equal on points with second-place Napoli, and just one point behind league leaders Inter Milan.
