Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the most well-known stars in the world of football. He has played for several big clubs around the world, like Manchester United, FC Barcelona, and Inter Milan. Currently, even at 40, the self-proclaimed lion is playing in the Italian top-flight again for AC Milan.

Ibrahimovic has been playing at the top level in Serie-A for the last two seasons and has scored several important goals for the club. He is still in incredible shape and has been incredibly active in the gym. Recently, SPORTBible posted a video of him working out and the internet can’t seem to get over it.

In an Instagram post, the video showed Ibra hanging on to a punching bag with his legs, doing vertical crunches; one of the hardest exercises that anyone could do out there. His form was incredibly fluid, and it just showed how this man is unstoppable, even at 40.
