WATCH: Chelsea Superstar Admits to Sporting the Iconic World Cup 2002 Ronaldo Haircut

Chelsea superstar Antonio Rudiger is known for his performances on the pitch. However, he has an impeccable sense of fashion on the side. While he might not indulge in wild hairstyles or different hair colours, he still likes to take care of himself and might’ve indulged in a few crazy haircuts of his own.

In an appearance on the HD Cutz – World Cup of Haircuts, Rudiger talked about several different footballers and their iconic haircuts. The German center-back first spoke about Manchester United star, Paul Pogba, and his different assortment of hairstyles.

He loves his hairstyles, I respect that, but that shows he has a lot of personality because I don’t have the personality to do this,” Rudiger said.

The host asked Rudiger about another superstar known for his iconic haircuts, Neymar Jr. The Brazilian superstar made headlines for his Blonde locks during the 2014 World Cup, and the Chelsea center-back complimented his confidence.

He then spoke about Roberto Baggio’s iconic ponytail, along with Argentinian footballer Rodrigo Palacio’s ponytail too. However, his big revelation came after the host brought up Ronaldo Nazario’s iconic haircut from the World Cup in 2002.

R9 showed up to Korea with just an arrowhead on his forehead, and the haircut became the stuff of urban legend. It was a huge deal, and Rudiger revealed that he sported the iconic look too. “Oh brother, this one I had. I had it,” he said.

Rudiger has been one of the best defenders in the world for the past two years, and a lot of his form has to do with new manager Thomas Tuchel. The German international turned 29 this year and still has a lot of time to play at the top of the game.

However, it looks like it won’t be at Chelsea as Rudiger’s contract is set to expire in three months’ time. He has been linked with a move to several clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester United, and it’ll be interesting to see where he ends up next season.
