Football is the biggest sport on this planet, and with every single person that plays it, a beautiful story is attached. USMNT star Josh Sargent wrote his on Friday when he scored his first Premier League goal for Norwich City to help them get out of the relegation zone.

The 21-year-old forward had struggled a lot in the Premier League and hadn’t scored a single goal for 18 games. He wasn’t helped at all by the rest of the team, as Norwich were languishing in the relegation zone in the league and had barely won any games at all.

However, all of that changed yesterday when Sargent provided Norwich City fans with a newfound hope on Friday. Norwich were playing against fellow relegation-battlers Watford and had to win this match to save their season, and win they did.

Sargent opened the scoring with a beautifully taken scorpion kick from a Teemu Pukki cross. The ball almost didn’t go in and goal-line technology had to be involved, but it was enough to give Norwich the lead, and Sargent his first goal. He scored again as he thundered a header in, leaving no doubt about the goal this time.
