French Mastiffs: their size, lifespan, and cost

French Mastiffs were previously used as guard dogs but were also involved in pulling cargo. They have a very distinct coat, with a fawn color.

Hulk is now five years old and is living a healthy life. However, French Mastiffs statistically have a lifespan of 5 to 8 years. Several dogs do make it past that age, most notably the acting dog who played Hooch in the 1989 film, Turner and Hooch, made it to the age of 14.

An average male French Mastiff grows to 24 inches and weighs at least 110 pounds. The puppies can cost around $2000 dollars on average in the USA.

French Mastiffs are also incredibly adaptable, and hence Hulk must be enjoying his time in France.
