Ross Dickerson shares new bodybuilding gym hacks on social media

Dickerson began bodybuilding at a very young age. Recently, the fitness model shared a new set of gym hacks on his Instagram account. He posted part 2 of the lunges exercises that can be performed more effectively and easily.

He shared a total of four gym hacks in the video. In one of the hacks, Dickerson suggested placing the leg on a cushioned bar before performing lunges. He also had useful tips for performing the Bulgarian squat and also a tireless way to take out weights from the barbell. While Dickerson is a pro now, initially, he was unversed in performing the right gym hacks.

When Dickerson began bodybuilding, he took his time to figure out the right gym and bodybuilding techniques. Moreover, he dedicated his time to understanding the diet that would suit his body, to gain the right shape. Initially, he would post basic bodybuilding videos.
