Ronaldo’s Insane Body Compositon

Ronaldo has a 7 percent body fat count while most footballers average 10 to 11 percent. Moreover, according to reports, Ronaldo weighs below 85 kg, follows a specific diet plan to maintain muscle mass, and has a staggering 50% muscle mass. An average male human body has anywhere between 20% to 25% body fat.

One might assume less agility on hearing more muscle. But that is not the case with Ronaldo, who is packed with lean muscle. A combination of lean muscles and a specific workout routine helps the Manchester United player achieve explosive pace to outpace defenders. A recent example is the 2018 World Cup match between Portugal and Spain. In the 2018 world cup, Ronaldo set a record of being the fastest player in the tournament. He recorded a speed of 33.6 km/hr. He achieved this feat during his match against Spain where he broke on a counter.
