The Greek-born Stefanos Tsitsipas highlighted the fact that things had taken a great toll mentally rather than physically.

The global landscape has changed due to COVID-19. The absence of these tournaments has given a majority of players a new perspective. Tsitsipas also admitted fatigue during the corona season.

I feel good, I am not exhausted because I played a few tournaments,” said Tsitsipas on Sunday. “The part that makes it tiresome is the virus. Conditions are constantly changing, that’s the biggest challenge,” said Tsitsipas.
