Recently, Tsitsipas was doing a question-and-answer round with his followers on Twitter. One question, in particular, caught our eye.
Stefanos was asked who was his favorite Greek athlete, not necessarily a tennis player, and could be from the yesteryears or the present. The World No. 6 answer was his friend and NBA Most Valuable Player, Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Stefanos Tsitsipas and Giannis Antetokounmpo Keep in Touch
The two athletes are quite cordial with each other. In the past, Stefanos has also taken advice from the basketball great. Giannis had said, “Tsitsipas is a terrible child. We talked, he asked me how he could get better. I told him to pay attention to detail because at the end of your career you will want to feel that I continued for 15 years. We have kept in touch and will continue to talk.”
Soon as the 2020 season ended, Tsitsipas headed back home to Greece. He happened to meet and spend some fruitful time with the NBA Defensive Player of the Year 2020.
