Stoke City have acquired the services of the 23 year old England international for a fee of £12m that could rise up to £15m depending upon the performance of the player. However, his personal wages are kept undisclosed by both the parties
The striker will not be available for their match against Manchester United which is on Saturday at the Bet365 stadium.

Saido didn’t expect a deal to go through on Friday after having trained with his former club on the same morning and this is what he had to say to Stoke City’ website :
“I’m just so happy. I can’t wait to get started now and meet all the lads. The only thing that’s kept me going is my faith. I’ve had a tough two years, it’s been hard for me. But everything happens for a reason. I’m mentally stronger and this experience has shaped me to become a better person.”
The former U21, who was previously linked with Tottenham Hotspurs and many other clubs, was a subject of huge transfer speculations since past two years.
The talented striker barely made five appearances for Tony Pulis’ side and is yet to register a goal this season but the Stoke City boss feels that he is the right man for the job.
