He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in business administration. During his college career, he won five titles in four years. He won the 2020 PGA Championship at the age of 23, making him the third-youngest winner after Rory McIlroy and Jack Nicklaus. In 2021, he emerged victorious in The Open Championship.
