The world of wrestling has become a better place once ‘Hangman’ Adam Page walked into the business. Page has competed all around the world before becoming a global phenomenon in All Elite Wrestling.
The youngster is one of the most accomplished wrestlers in AEW and has wrestled all across the world. He has wrestled in New Japan, Ring of Honor, PWG and has now settled in AEW.
‘Hangman’ Adam Page made his debut in 2008 on the independent scene and earned his stripes for three years before ROH noticed him. In debuted in the promotion in 2011, wrestling stars like Matt Taven, ACH, Silas Young and Jimmy Jacobs.
In 2016, Page turned on his partner Colt Cabana and joined the Bullet Club. This was a turning point in the career of Hangman Page, making him one of the best prospects in the company. Teaming with the Bullet Club took him to New Japan Pro Wrestling. Over there, he competed in tournaments like the World Tag League and the G1 Climax.
Page left ROH in 2018 to create AEW with his Elite stablemates. He won the Casino Battle Royal at Double or Nothing and became No. 1 Contender for the AEW World Championship. Unfortunately, Page was unsuccessful in winning the title from Chris Jericho.
Page’s career seemed to take a turn for the better once he took to drinking. He then became the lovable drunk cowboy, and it led to him becoming one-half of the AEW Tag Team Champions alongside Kenny Omega. Now pursuing a singles career, 2021 promises to a stunning year for ‘Hangman’ Adam Page.

Page is a former ROH six-man Tag Team Champion with the Young Bucks. ROH also named him the Breakout Star of 2017. He won several titles on the independent scene, for promotions like WrestleForce, Carolina Wrestling Federation Mid-Atlantic and Allied Independent Wrestling Federation.
In AEW, Page won the Casino Battley Royal, making him No. 1 Contender for the AEW World Championship. He and Kenny Omega also won the AEW Tag Team Championships from SCU in January 2020.
‘Hangman’ Adam Page was born in the small community of Aaron’s Creek in Halifax County, Virginia. Page is married to Amanda Woltz. He was a former high school teacher, where he taught journalism and graphic design for five years while also wrestling. Page became a full-time wrestler once he started touring with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
