Longtime UFC color commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan was frustrated at Elon Musk’s friend who asked the Billionaire to not swear on The Joe Rogan Experience. Joe Rogan and Elon Musk have sat together and chatted on Rogan’s podcast twice now. However, Musk’s first appearance on the record-breaking podcast remains one of the most popular episodes.

When the South African business magnate first appeared on JRE, in episode #1169, he talked about a variety of things which included Artificial Intelligence, Electric Vehicles, and, obviously, Musk’s obsession with space.

However, one thing that took Rogan by surprise was when Musk interrupted himself in the middle of a conversation and reminded himself, “I promised I wouldn’t swear on this show, by the way.”

This confession by Musk received a quick question from Rogan, “Really? To who?”

Then Elon Musk answered meekly, “It was my friend.”

However, Rogan was having none of it and straight-up told Musk to “Tell that friend to go f*ck themselves. Who told you not to swear?”

Rogan didn’t have enough and reminded his guest that he is ‘the Elon Musk’, one of the richest people in the world, and to top that off- a once-in-a-generation genius as well. Rogan then ranted on his friend further. He said, “That’s not a good friend… realize you are f**king Elon Musk. You do whatever you want, man. If you ever get confused, call me.”

After this was said and done, Rogan again invited Musk to his podcast and had a blast while talking to the billionaire. However, one thing remained the same.

Joe Rogan reveals he was intimidated by Elon Musk

In one other episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC commentator invited his comedian friend Andrew Schulz. On the show, they brought up Elon Musk.

While Schulz was asking Rogan about guests on his podcast, the former Fear Factor host told him about Musk and how the billionaire intimidated him. Rogan said, “By a guest? By their intellect, yeah. Like Elon Musk was intimidating… because you realize what a chimp you are.”

“Oh, yeah! I am a f***ing dummy, man. I’m talking to this guy, I’m like a f***ing chimp,” Rogan continued.
