However, there are a few things which fans may not know about the World No. 1. While he chases history in the ongoing US Open, it’s anything but an intense mood when he’s off the court. Earlier today, his wife, Jelena Djokovic shared a tweet showing what the 34-year-old engages himself in after he handles business on court.

Djokovic is the top seed in the men’s singles category in the US Open this year. Hence, the Serbian ranks among the favorites to win the hard court Grand Slam for the first time since 2018. However, the pressure that comes along with being the top seed can get to many players, including the Serb.

Interestingly, engaging in a few household activities after an intense few hours on the court seems to do the trick for Djokovic. Taking to social media, Jelena posted a short video of the World No. 1 doing the dishes in the house.

She also wrote a caption, in which she called her husband as the MVP of the kitchen. She wroteNovak’s 3rd shift/Novakova treća smena. This is how Novak meditates after his late night match at the #USOpen  He’s my MVP in the kitchen @djokernole.” During the video, they also engaged in a conversation in Serbian.
