Over the years, Australian tennis player, Nick Kyrgios, was seen with a few tattoos on his body while playing. From wearing a tattoo for his girlfriend to a sports tape being mistaken for a tattoo, Kyrgios had a few tattoos over the years.
Here are a few of the occasions when Nick Kyrgios was seen sporting a tattoo.
Nick Kyrgios has a Tattoo for girlfriend
When Nick Kyrgios used to date fellow tennis player Ajla Tomljanovic, he was never shy of showing his love openly.
Reports of a 21-year old Kyrgios dating Tomljanovic had surfaced in 2015. The couple were many times spotted together and was also once seen kissing each other at the Australian Open, where they played together in the mixed doubles event. The duo also vacationed together in Croatia.
It is not known whether the tattoo was permanent as it was not seen after their breakup and the Instagram post was also deleted.
Time running out at Wimbledon Championships
During the 2016 Wimbledon Championships, Kyrgios was seen with a tattoo that read, “time is running out.”
His intentions with the tattoo were unclear although his time did run out in the tournament when he lost to Andy Murray in the round of 16 in straight sets.

Inspiring others at 2020 Australian Open
Most recently, Kyrgios was spotted with a tattoo at the Australian Open 2020. The tattoo on his hand read, “inspire others.”
A fourth-round draw against Rafael Nadal awaits Kyrgios, and he will have certainly inspired a few people if he does beat the World No. 1.
Sports tape mistaken for a tattoo
There was an occasion when Kyrgios did not actually have a tattoo but people thought he had. Many had even liked it and were wondering how to get such a tattoo.
It was later revealed that the “tattoo” was actually a special kind of sports tape to support his elbow.
