Film producer-director Rawson Marshall Thurber acquired the property from Oprah Winfrey for $14.3 million. He is a renowned showbiz player and has worked to bring out movies like Red Notice, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, and We’re the Millers.

The 5.6-acre huge property contains a house, a grassy lawn, a swimming pool, and the main attraction a full-size tennis court. This is going to help Thurber keep his health as his priority.
