As the rules of the tournament allow on-court coaching and loud cheering. In the midst of one of the rallies, Tsitsipas’ father Apostolos Tsitsipas was uttering a few words while Moutet was serving. He was just cheering for his son Stefanos, but Corentin was annoyed.

That act happened to irk the Frenchman, following that Moutet exchanged blows with the Greek lad Tsitsipas on the court all due to the interruption. “Stefanos is a good guy, but his father is stupid. Everyone thinks he’s stupid. He pisses me off. He talks all the time when I serve. He pisses me off. He is not respectful. He only thinks of himself,” Moutet told the commentators of the match.
However, World Number six Stefanos stated it was not a big deal, his father was encouraging him. But his opponent was finding it to be disturbing. In reality, his father has no intention to interrupt in between the points.
