He twisted his ankle during a training session on Tuesday. ”It’s nothing major, to be honest. Bad luck that it happened yesterday during training,” Duchesneau, Auger-Aliassime’s agent said. “It’s nothing serious at all. It’s just too close from the beginning of the competition to take any risk.”
He will be restarting with his training in a couple of weeks’ time. Instead, Spain’s Feliciano Lopez will be taking Aliassime’s spot in the tournament. The two skilled and top-notch NextGen players Stefanos Tsitsipas and Matteo Berrettini will be seen at the UTS event with starts on June 13, 2020.

He believes that with the medium of UTS he can reach a greater number of audiences with his marketing skills. The French-Greek coach Mouratoglou aims to use the tour’s suspension in the promotion of tennis.
“The audience of tennis is getting older and older, which shows tennis doesn’t renew its fan base,” Mouratoglou said. “The fan base of tennis was created in the ‘70s and ‘80s when John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, and Bjorn Borg were playing and since then the base is getting older and older. I think it’s quite worrying for the whole industry that we’re not able to bring new fans to tennis.”
