Now, the World No.1 has equaled his great rival Rafael Nadal on the list for the most Grand Slam finals. They both have 28 and the only one ahead of them is Swiss Maestro Roger Federer with 31.

Very soon, Novak may even go past him as he seems to be on a mission to set records. He is already set to beat Roger for the most weeks at No.1 and the Major final record could be next. However, that won’t be on his mind right now as the Serb still has one last job to finish in Melbourne this year.

Novak Djokovic Not Done Yet

On 21st February, Novak Djokovic will battle it out once more to win a record-extending 9th Australian Open title. If he does win, he will be just 2 Majors away from equaling the record for the Most Slams. However, it will be very tough for him to do so.

In the final, the World No.1 could face either Daniil Medvedev or Stefanos Tsitsipas. Both players are playing incredibly well and have beaten many top players at Melbourne this year. In addition to that, they have also caused a lot of problems for Djokovic in the past.
