Serbian star Novak Djokovic and Swiss Maestro Roger Federer are two of the best tennis players in history. Together, they have won 37 Grand Slams and have been dominating the sport for quite a long time. This has led to compliments from 2 Snooker players – Neil Robertson and Ronnie O’ Sullivan.

Robertson, who recently reached the final of the UK championship, appreciated Federer’s way of playing tennis. He said, “You watch people like Federer, and guys like that, the way they go about it and win trophies. I want to win the right way.”
Niel has been playing incredibly well at the UK Championship and Ronnie O’ Sullivan has attributed this to his diet. Djokovic has been known for his strict nutrition plan, which is why Ronnie compared him to Robertson.

He said, “Djokovic changed his diet and all of a sudden couldn’t stop winning majors. You look at him now, he looks much fitter and much healthier.”

Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic in 2021
The reasons given by Robertson and O’Sullivan are why Novak and Roger are at the top of tennis. Fans always look forward to seeing them play, especially against each other. Unfortunately, they haven’t been able to see that in 2020.
This is because of Federer’s knee injury which he sustained at the start of the year. He underwent 2 surgeries to correct the problem and hence; he was forced to end his season prematurely.

Now, the Swiss Maestro is back to training, and he is currently preparing for the 2021 season. The first event he will play will probably be the Australian Open and hopefully, we will see another amazing contest between him and Djokovic.
