The French Open 2020 seeds were recently unveiled. World No. 1 Novak Djokovic maintained his position as the top seed after he thrashed Diego Schwartzman to win the Italian Open 2020 title. But Swiss Maestro Roger Federer wasn’t a part of the seeds, since he won’t feature in the tournament. The US Open 2020 winner Dominic Thiem is at the third spot in the seeds. World No. 2, Rafael Nadal, is at the number two seed despite his humiliating loss to Diego Schwartzman.

Since World No. 1 Ashleigh Barty won’t play at the French Open 2020, the Italian Open 2020 winner Simona Halep is the top seed at the tournament. Her counterpart at the Italian Open 2020 finals, World No. 4 Karolina Pliskova, who got injured in the match, is at the second seed. Chances of another Halep versus Pliskova final at the French Open 2020 are high. The 23-time Grand Slam winner Serena Williams is currently at the sixth seed.

The US Open 2020 runner up Alexander Zverev is at the sixth spot in the seeds. However, the real surprise is that the young sensation and Italian Open 2020 runner up Diego Schwartzman is at the 12th spot in the seeds. The seeds are:
